Hi, I’m Emma!
I’m a Catholic wife and mom, and my life looks very different than it would if my family and I took a “normal” approach to money.
Our family has always been financially free to go where God sends us.
But it’s not because we’re wealthy.
It’s because God set us on a path of financial peace and we’ve never looked back.
We treasure the way we can live out our calling, thanks to the skills we’ve learned.
Money just isn’t a source of tension in our house. Not that we make more of it than average…we’ve just learned how to have unity, purpose, and confidence in managing what we do have.
Plena was born from my desire to help Catholic families experience true peace, wholeness, and abundance — not just in their finances, but in every part of life.
It kills me to hear people saying things like:
“We just can’t afford to have kids yet.”
“I shouldn’t even date right now…It would be unfair to bring all my debt into a marriage.”
“We feel called to mission…but have no idea how we’d make it work.”
“I want to stay home with my kids…but we couldn’t survive on one income.”
My mission is to equip other Catholic women and families to step fully into the abundant life God offers them. I help them break free so their finances don’t hold them hostage anymore.
